about
One developer. The whole stack. Your whole project.
I'm Zane Ruheim, a full-stack developer who builds websites, web applications, and AI-powered tools — for everyone from local shops to funded product teams. When you work with me, there's no account manager relaying messages and no junior dev learning on your invoice — you talk directly to the person designing and writing every line of your project.
Over the last two years I've shipped 17 projects — restaurant sites, SaaS products, document-signing apps, desktop software, games — many of them my own products, which means I've felt the difference between a site that converts and one that just exists. That difference is what you're actually buying.
A studio of one, built like a team
Years of shipping my own products forced me to systematize everything: a design system that keeps every page coherent, reusable infrastructure for the plumbing every project needs, and a quality checklist that runs before anything goes live. The repetitive 80% of a build gets compressed, and the saved time goes into the 20% that makes your project distinctive. It's why a one-person studio can ship agency-grade work in weeks at a fraction of agency pricing.
How I work
- Fixed prices, written down. You know the number before work starts.
- Real timelines. Starter sites in 1–2 weeks, business sites in 2–3 weeks.
- You own everything. Code, domain, content, accounts. No lock-in.
- Honest scoping. If you don't need what you're asking for, I'll say so and quote the cheaper thing.
